Lucy Hope is a certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher who supports women navigating the quiet overwhelm of their late twenties and early thirties. Her work blends movement, 1:1 coaching, and lifestyle foundations to help them feel more confident, secure, and clearer about who they are and where they want to go.

Drawing on 500 hours of training in yoga, wellbeing, culinary arts, and slow living, alongside experience in London’s corporate property world, Lucy brings a unique perspective to guiding women through life’s transitions, uncertainty, and the quiet overwhelm of figuring it all out. Through coaching, yoga, and workshops, she helps women rebuild routines, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate the gentle structure that makes life feel easier.

Based in London, Lucy understands the fast pace of city life and has a passion for sustainable habits, nourishing food, movement, and creating beautiful, restorative spaces. Her true gift lies in crafting grounded, thoughtful experiences for her clients — held, honest, and deeply human.
